Terms and Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

A non‑refundable retainer of $45 is required at the time of booking to reserve your session date and time. Your session is not considered booked until the retainer is paid.
The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your session. All payments are processed securely through trusted third‑party providers.

2. Rescheduling & Cancellations

If you need to reschedule, you may do so up to 7 days before your session. Your retainer will transfer to your new date one time at no additional cost.
Additional reschedules may require a new retainer.

If you choose to cancel your session entirely within 7 days of the scheduled time, the retainer is non‑refundable. 

3. Weather & Outdoor Sessions

For outdoor sessions, I monitor weather closely. If conditions are unsafe or would negatively impact your photos, I may reschedule your session at my discretion.
If you prefer to reschedule due to weather concerns, please contact me as soon as possible.

4. Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced shooting time to ensure fairness to other clients.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your session may need to be rescheduled and a new retainer may be required.

5. Image Delivery

Final edited images will be delivered through an online gallery within 3 weeks.
Raw/unedited images are not provided under any circumstances.

6. Editing & Retouching

All images are edited in my natural, true‑to‑color style. Additional retouching requests may be available for an added fee.
Edits will not be altered to mimic another photographer’s style.
Edits will not be done using AI or in any way that significantly alters the original image.

7. Copyright & Usage

I retain the copyright to all images created during your session.
Clients receive a personal-use license, allowing them to download, print, and share their images for personal use.

Commercial use, resale, or editing of images (including filters or AI) is not permitted.

8. Model Release (Optional)

You may choose whether or not to allow your images to be used in my portfolio, website, or social media.
Your comfort and privacy always come first. Opting out will never affect your session.

9. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

  • Choosing outfits, locations, and styling that reflect their vision

  • Ensuring children or pets are supervised

  • Communicating any concerns before or during the session

I will guide posing, lighting, and direction to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

10. Photographer Responsibility

I will provide a professional, respectful, and supportive experience from start to finish.
I am not responsible for circumstances beyond my control, including weather, uncooperative subjects, or location restrictions.

11. Privacy

All personal information collected during booking is used solely for communication, scheduling, and delivering your images.
I do not sell or share your information with third parties.
